摘要
目的:探讨茯苓泽泻汤合四逆散治疗痰浊中阻型后循环缺血眩晕的临床疗效。方法:按照患者住院治疗的时间先后顺序,将70例患者随机分为对照组及治疗组,对照组34例,采用氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,治疗组36例,采用在对照组的基础上予茯苓汤泽泻汤合四逆散进行治疗,比较两组治疗前后临床疗效、中医证候变化,血脂、血液流变学改变,双侧椎动脉及基底动脉的平均血流速度变化情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,治疗组椎基底动脉平均血流速度、血脂、血流变学各项指标改善均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氟桂利嗪联合茯苓泽泻汤合四逆散治疗痰浊中阻型后循环缺血性眩晕临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore clinical efficacy of the Fuling Zexie decoction(茯苓泽泻汤)plus Sini San(四逆散)on posterior circulation ischemic vertigo of the phlegm-turbidity resistance type.Methods:According to the chronological order of hospitalization,70 cases were divided into two groups,34 cases in the control group were treated with flunarizine capsules,36 cases in the treatment group took flunarizine capsules plus the Fuling Zexie decoction and Sini San.Results:After treatment,the total efficiency in the treatment group was obviously higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of the mean blood flow velocity,blood lipids,and hemorheology of vertebrobasilar artery in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and P<0.05.Conclusion:Flunarizine capsules plus the Fuling Zexie decoction and Sini San shows significant clinical effects on posterior circulation ischemic vertigo of phlegm-turbidity resistance type,and is worthy of promote application.
