摘要
"互联网+"创业模式能弥补大学生创业者的资源短缺并有助于其发挥自身优势,故充分利用"互联网+"优势已经成为大学生在创业过程中的自觉实践。互利网本身的隐蔽性、虚拟性、开放性和创新性等特点,是"互联网+"创业模式中法律风险的重要成因。"互联网+"创业模式中的主要法律风险,可区分为扩大化的传统创业法律风险和新型创业法律风险两大类。创业者自身抗风险能力的提升,可通过培养大学生创业法律风险防范意识、加快青年创业法律服务平台建设、加强行业自律规则体系建设、为创业者提供集中性法律服务等途径实现。
The“Internet+”entrepreneurial mode can make up for the shortage of resources of college students,and help them develop their own advantages,which has become a conscientious practice to make full use of the advantages of“Internet+”in the process of college students’entrepreneurship.The concealment,virtuality,openness and innovation of the mutual benefit network are the important cause of the legal risks in the“Internet+”entrepreneurship mode.The main legal risks of the“Internet+”entrepreneurship model can be classified into two types:expanded legal risks of traditional entrepreneurship,and those of the new entrepreneurship.The improvement of entrepreneurs’risk resistance ability can be achieved by cultivating college students’awareness of entrepreneurship legal risk,accelerating the construction of practical youth entrepreneurship service platform,strengthening the construction of industry self-discipline system,and providing centralized legal services for entrepreneurs.
