摘要
目的探讨联合应用尿液干化学法与尿沉渣镜检法进行白细胞检验的临床价值。方法88例需要进行尿液白细胞检验的患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组44例。对照组采用常规尿液干化学法进行检验,观察组采用尿液干化学法联合尿沉渣镜检法进行检验。比较两组检验准确率。结果观察组患者误诊2例,漏诊1例,检验准确率为93.18%;对照组患者误诊5例,漏诊5例,检验准确率为77.27%。观察组患者检验准确率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对于尿液白细胞检验采用尿液干化学法与尿沉渣镜检法联合应用,能有效提高检验结果准确性,减少漏诊与误诊,临床价值较高。
Objective To discuss the clinical value of combined application of urine dry chemistry and urine sediment microscopy for leukocyte test.Methods A total of 88 patients requiring urine leukocyte test were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was tested by conventional urine dry chemistry,while the observation group was tested by urine dry chemistry combined with urine sediment microscopy.The accuracy of the test was compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,2 cases were misdiagnosed and 1 case was missed,and the test accuracy rate was 93.18%;in the control group,5 cases were misdiagnosed and 5 cases were missed,and the test accuracy rate was 77.27%.The test accuracy of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of urine dry chemistry and urine sediment microscopy can effectively improve the accuracy of test results and reduce the number of missed diagnoses and misdiagnoses,which is of high clinical value.
