摘要
采用硅烷偶联剂KH-550和硬脂酸SA复合的改性剂对硅灰石进行改性处理,并将改性后的硅灰石填充于顺丁橡胶中,研究了硅灰石/顺丁橡胶复合材料的性能。通过对比改性前后硅灰石粉体的活化率、吸油值、界面接触角及红外光谱,确定硅灰石的最佳改性条件为:复合改性剂用量(质量分数)2%,KH-550与SA质量比1∶1,反应温度60℃,改性时间45 min。将改性后的硅灰石添加到顺丁橡胶中,研究表明,当改性硅灰石填充量为40份时,硅灰石/顺丁橡胶复合材料的力学性能最优,其拉伸强度为7.6MPa,扯断伸长率546%,撕裂强度4.7MPa。
The wollastonite was modified by silane coupling agent KH-550 and stearic acid,and then the modified wollastonite was filled in butadiene rubber.The properties of the wollastonite/butadiene rubber composites were studied.By comparing the activation rate,oil absorption value,interfacial contact angle and infrared spectrum of wollastonite powder before and after modification,the optimal modification conditions were determined as follows:the amount of composite modifier was 2.5wt%,the mass ratio of KH550 to SA was 1:1,the reaction temperature was 60℃and the modification time was 40mins.The results showed that the mechanical properties of composites were the best with tensile strength of 7.6MPa,elongation at break of 546%and tear strength of 4.7MPa,when the filling amount of modified wollastonite was 40 phr.
