沙盘游戏对注意缺陷多动障碍儿童的临床疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:分析对注意缺陷多动障碍儿童应用沙盘游戏干预的临床价值。方法:抽选于2019年11月—2020年10月期间我院共收治的注意缺陷多动障碍患儿66例,按照随机掷币法均分为两组,即对照组、研究组,各33例。对照组接受常规规范化训练,研究组接受沙盘游戏训练。所有患儿均通过DSM面诊,并结合采用Conners儿童多动症量表进行筛查,评价及对比两组的临床疗效、Conners量表评分、家长满意度。结果:研究组的疗效总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的品行问题、学习问题、心身障碍、焦虑评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的家长满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对注意缺陷多动障碍儿童应用沙盘游戏干预,疗效明确,能够明显缓解患儿病症,家长满意度高,是一种理想的治疗选择,值得临床广泛借鉴。 Objective:To analyze the clinical value of sand table game intervention for children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Methods:A total of 66 children with ADHD admitted to our hospital from November 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random coin toss method,namely control group and research group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received routine standardized training,and the research group received sandtable game training.All the children passed DSM interview and were screened by Conners ADHD Scale.The clinical efficacy,Conners scale score and parent satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The conduct problem,learning problem,psychosomatic disorder and anxiety score of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The parent satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sand table game intervention for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder children has clear curative effect,can significantly relieve the symptoms of children,parents satisfaction is high,it is an ideal treatment choice,worthy of clinical extensive reference.
