摘要
目的:观察中药溻渍疗法治疗哺乳期非化脓性乳腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将100例哺乳期乳腺炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组各50例,观察组采用头孢曲松钠静滴加上五味消毒饮合瓜蒌牛蒡汤中药加减方于患侧乳房溻渍,对照组单纯采用头孢曲松静滴治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状与体征变化。观察两组患者治愈率、总有效率、白细胞总数恢复时间、C反应蛋白定量恢复正常水平时间及继发脓肿情况。结果:观察组治愈率及总有效率明显大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组白细胞总数及C反应蛋白定量恢复正常水平时间均明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者无脓肿并发症出现而对照组患者出现继发脓肿中转手术治疗(8%,4/50)(P<0.05)。结论:中药溻渍疗法治疗哺乳期非化脓性乳腺炎,疗效满意,并发症少。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of TCM external medicinal liquid application therapy on non-suppurative mastitis during lactation.Methods:100 cases of lactation mastitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with ceftriaxone sodium intravenous drip combined with Wuwei Xiaodu decoction(五味消毒饮)and Gualou Niubang decoction(瓜蒌牛蒡汤)TCM external medicinal liquid application on the affected side.The control group was treated with ceftriaxone intravenous drip alone,and the changes of clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.The cure rate,total effective rate,recovery time of total leukocytes,quantitative recovery time of C-reactive protein and secondary abscess were observed.Results:The curative rate and total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the total number of leukocytes and the quantity of C-reactive protein in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group had no abscess complications,while the control group had secondary abscess which was converted to surgery(8%,4/50),(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of TCM external medicinal liquid application therapy is satisfactory on non-suppurative mastitis in lactation,which is with few complications.
