长悬臂不等高双排钢板桩在海域围堰中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 随着近海工程逐渐增多,为探索厚淤泥复杂海域钢板桩的施工及其控制技术,深中通道宝安机场南侧围堰工程采用不等高双排钢板桩形成围堰。根据工程实践,总结形成了深淤海域钢板桩施工工艺,提出了定位桩、导向梁和限位卡联合限位措施,分时段反向施打工艺,以及异形桩插补的钢板桩纠偏及合龙控制措施等,给出了复杂海域钢板桩稳定控制指标及相应的荷载工况。 With increase of offshore projects,in order to explore the construction and control technology of steel sheet piles in thick silt and complicated sea areas,the cofferdam project on the southern side of Bao an Airport in the deep-medium passage has adopted double rows of steel sheet piles with different heights to form a cofferdam.According to the engineering practice,the construction technology of steel sheet piles in deep silt sea area has been summed up,with the joint limit measures of positioning piles,guide beams and limit cards,the reverse driving technology in different periods,and control measures for correction and closing of steel sheet piles for special-shaped pile interpolation being proposed and the stability control indicators and corresponding load conditions of steel sheet piles in complicated sea areas being provided.
