摘要
"小街区、密路网"作为一个与"开放街区"密切关联的空间布局模式,近期引发了广泛的关注和讨论。尤其是在交通组织方面,这一布局模式通常被认为有利于打破城区交通梗阻、缓解道路交通拥堵。文章从规划建设目标导向、具体措施手段需要注意的问题以及规划理念的更新借鉴三个方面,对"小街区、密路网"当前认识上存在的似是而非的问题进行较为系统的剖析,并在此基础上总结提炼开放街区绿色交通组织的规划设计策略建议。
As a spatial layout pattern that is closely related to "open block",the model of "small block with dense road network" has aroused widespread attention and discussion,especially in terms of traffic organization.This spatial layout model is generally considered to be conducive to breaking urban traffic obstructions and alleviating road traffic congestion.This paper intends to conduct a more systematic analysis of the ambiguousness that existed in the current understanding of "small block with dense road network" from three aspects:the goal-orientation of planning and construction,problems that need attention in specific measures,and renewal and reference of planning paradigms.Based on that,the paper summarizes and extracts the planning principles for promoting green mobility in open blocks.
