摘要
为调整大中型水轮发电机组主轴分段制造轴系的组装轴线,降低轴承运行摆度,利用两阶段轴线调整的方式,分析了轴系在静态时轴线偏折状态的测量及调整方式,模拟了轴系在动态旋转状态下轴承摆度的测量及轴线调整方式。结果表明:通过两阶段轴线调整技术,引进主轴现场同镗工艺,既有效解决了主轴不便在制造厂预组的难题,同时有助于现场提前检查轴线制造质量,分散质量风险带来的工期压力,更有助于提高轴线安装质量。
In order to adjust the assembly axis of sub-shaft system,manufactured in section,of large and medium sized hydro-generator sets,and reduce the swing of bearing operation,we used two-stage axis adjustment way and analyzed measurement and adjustment mode of the axis deviation in the static time,and simulated the bearing swing measurement and axis adjustment mode in the dynamic rotation state.The results showed that through the two-stage axial adjustment technology,the problem of that difficult assemble of spindle in the factory was effective⁃ly solved,and it could help on-site axis manufacturing quality check in advance,reduce the construction pressure brought by the quality risk,and the axis installation quality was improved.
