摘要
目的了解宁夏3县农村7岁及以下儿童卫生服务需求与利用现状,并分析其主要影响因素,为今后该地制定相关政策提供数据支持和科学依据。方法采取多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,调查宁夏农村海原、盐池、彭阳3县共1517名7岁及以下儿童和家庭的人口学特征及卫生服务需求与利用情况,并对相关因素进行多因素Logistic回归分析。结果宁夏3县农村7岁及以下儿童两周患病率为9.2%;不同年龄的两周患病率差异有统计学意义,其中年龄越小,两周患病率越高;不同年龄、不同从家去最近医疗机构所需时间、不同家庭人均年收入的两周就诊率差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,年龄是影响7岁及以下儿童两周患病和就诊的危险因素。结论年龄是宁夏3县农村7岁及以下儿童卫生服务利用的主要影响因素。
Objective To understand the demand and utilization of health services for children under 7 years of age in rural areas of 3 counties in Ningxia,and analyze the main influencing factors,so as to provide data support and scientific basis for formulating relevant policies in this area in the future.Methods A multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method was adopted to investigate the demographic characteristics and health service demand and utilization of 1517 children and families under 7 years old in 3 counties(Haiyuan,Yanchi,Pengyang)of rural Ningxia,and a multi-factor Logistic regression analysis was conducted for the relevant factors.Results The two-week prevalence rate of children under 7 years old in rural areas of Ningxia was 9.2%.The two-week prevalence was different in different ages,and the younger the age was,the higher the two-week prevalence was.There were significant differences among different ages,the time required to go to the nearest medical institution and the average annual income of different families(P all<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that age was a risk factor for illness and hospital attendance at 2 weeks in children under 7 years of age.Conclusion Age is the main factors affecting the utilization of child health services in this region.
