复合材料结构垂尾翼尖损伤挖补修复技术研究

摘要 复合材料结构垂尾翼尖在服役过程中会受到强气流冲击或沙粒等外来物撞击,易发生风蚀、纤维断裂、掉块、凹坑和分层等损伤,若损伤未及时采取正确的方法进行修理,将会影响飞行安全。文中以某型飞机垂尾翼尖为研究对象,针对修理材料、结构特性及损伤类型进行分析,研究适用垂尾翼尖损伤维修工艺技术。采用胶接挖补干法和湿法修理,对修理前后试样的拉伸强度、剪切强度进行测试,结果表明:干法和湿法修理试样的拉伸强度分别为465.6 MPa和405 MPa,拉伸强度恢复达到完好试样的91.69%和79.76%;剪切强度为413.2 MPa和356 MPa,弯曲强度恢复达到完好试样的80.80%和69.61%,根据维修结构强度要求干法修理可有效恢复垂尾翼尖强度指标。 Composite structure vertical tail tip in the service process will be impacted by strong air flow or sand particles and other objects,prone to wind erosion,fiber fracture,block falling,pits and delamination damage,if the damage does not take the correct way to repair in time,it will affect the flight safety.In the present work,the vertical tail tip of a certain aircraft is taken as the research object,the repair materials,structural characteristics and damage types are analyzed,and the suitable vertical tail tip damage repair technology is studied.The bonded dry and wet repairing methods is used to test the tensile strength and shear strength of the specimens before and after repair.The results show that the tensile strength of the specimens repaired by dry and wet repairing methods is 465.6 MPa and 405 MPa respectively,and the tensile strength recovered reaches 91.69%and 79.76%of the intact specimens.The shear strength is 413.2 MPa and 356 MPa respectively,and the bending strength is recovered to 80.80%and 69.61%of that of the intact specimens.According to the maintenance structure strength requirements,dry repair method can effectively restore the vertical tail tip strength index.
