支座偏心对小半径弯桥桥面铺装层受力特征的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 为分析支座沿横纵向偏心对小半径弯桥桥面铺装层受力特征的影响,以小半径曲线桥作为研究对象,采用有限元软件MIDAS Civil建立全桥整体模型,考虑恒载、活载等综合作用,分析在不同横纵向偏心情况下桥面铺装层受力的最不利位置以及铺装层表面最大横向拉应力、铺装层最大剪应力、铺装层表面最大横向位移、铺装层表面最大纵向位移。结果表明:对弯桥支座进行合理的横纵向偏心布设能有效改善桥面铺装层的受力特性;综合考虑桥面铺装层的4个控制指标时,建议支座偏心距离取为支座3往端部偏心2.205 m。该研究成果可为小半径弯桥支座优化布设提供理论参考。 In order to analyze the influence of bearing eccentricity along transverse and longitudinal directions on the stress characteristics of small radius curved bridge deck pavement, this paper takes the small radius curved bridge as the research object, uses the finite element software MIDAS Civil to establish the overall model of the whole bridge.The comprehensive effect of constant load and live load are considering. Under different transverse and longitudinal eccentricities, the most unfavorable position of the curved bridge deck pavement, the maximum transverse tensile stress, the maximum shear stress, the maximum transverse displacement, the maximum longitudinal displacement and the maximum shear stress on the pavement surface are analyzed. The results show that a reasonable transverse and longitudinal eccentric arrangement of the curved bridge bearing can effectively improve the stress characteristics of the bridge deck pavement. Comprehensively considering the four control indexes of the bridge deck pavement layer, it is suggested that the eccentricity distance of the bearing is 2.205 m from bearing 3 to the end eccentricity. The research results can provide theoretical reference for the optimal deployment of small radius curved bridge bearings.
