摘要
讨论了LED显示屏现行标准的拼装精度中有关"像素中心距相对偏差、水平相对错位和垂直相对错位"的计算公式,提出了对计算公式的修改方案,并且对"平整度等级"进行了探讨,提出考核"平整度等级"的计算公式。
This paper discusses the calculation formula of "pixel center distance deviation,horizontal relative dislocation and vertical relative dislocation" in the assembly accuracy of the current standard of LED display screen,and puts forward the modification scheme of the calculation formula.The "flatness grade" is discussed,and the calculation formula for checking the "flatness grade" is put forward.
