摘要
目的探讨临床糖尿病诊断中生化检验的应用效果及对空腹血浆葡萄糖水平影响。方法于2020年1月—2021年2月选取在该院就诊的45例糖尿病患者作为观察组,另选取在该院接受体检的45名健康人员作为对照组。两组均接受生化检验,分析两组的相关生化检验结果[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、葡萄糖耐量(GT)、三酰甘油(TG)]。结果观察组的FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、GT、TG分别为(9.24±1.48)mmol/L、(14.25±2.94)mmol/L、(7.28±1.26)%、(14.14±2.42)mmol/L、(2.01±0.15)mmol/L,均明显高于对照组的(5.23±1.05)mmol/L、(7.06±1.17)mmol/L、(4.59±0.87)%、(7.58±1.25)mmol/L、(1.15±0.13)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=14.824、15.243、11.785、16.156、19.064,P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者中进行生化检验,能够准确反映患者的空腹血浆葡萄糖水平,为其提供有效的治疗依据。
Objective To explore the application effect of biochemical tests in the clinical diagnosis of diabetes and its influence on fasting plasma glucose levels. Methods From January 2020 to February 2021, 45 diabetic patients treated in the hospital were selected as the observation group. In addition, 45 healthy persons who underwent physical examination in the hospital were selected as the control group. Both groups received biochemical tests, and the related biochemical test results [fasting blood glucose(FPG), 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c), glucose tolerance(GT), serum triglycerides(TG)] of the two groups were analyzed.Results The FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c, GT, and TG in the observation group were(9.24±1.48) mmol/L,(14.25±2.94) mmol/L,(7.28±1.26)%,(14.14±2.42) mmol/L,(2.01±0.15) mmol/L, both were significantly higher than the control group(5.23±1.05) mmol/L,(7.06±1.17) mmol/L,(4.59±0.87)%,(7.58±1.25) mmol/L,(1.15±0.13) mmol/L, and the difference was statistically significant(t =14.824, 15.243, 11.785, 16.156, 19.064, P <0.05). Conclusion In diabetic patients,biochemical tests can accurately reflect the fasting plasma glucose level of patients. To provide effective treatment basis for it.
