玉龙露天铜矿高原冻土层大爆区精细化爆破技术 被引量:4

摘要 为解决高原高寒地区冻土、冻孔等因素对大爆区爆破效果的影响,提出了在2排主炮孔之间穿插浅孔辅助爆破技术,采用复式微差起爆网路,结合精细化爆破理念,制定了大爆区爆破方案,并进行现场试验。结果表明,运用该技术方案后,爆堆前冲距离约为20 m,爆区塌落线深度约5 m,爆堆内部松散性较好,大块率与根底率低,铲装效率高,取得了良好的爆破效果。 In order to solve the influence of frozen soil,frozen hole and other factors on the blasting effect of large blasting area in plateau alpine region,the auxiliary blasting technology of inserting shallow holes between two rows of main blast holes was proposed.The complex millisecond initiation network was used,and the blasting scheme of large blasting area was formulated combined with the fine blasting concept,and the field test was carried out.The result shows that after using this technical scheme,the forward distance of the blasting pile is about 20 m,and the depth of the collapse line in the blasting area is about 5 m.The internal looseness of the blasting pile is good,the block rate and the root rate are low,and the shovel loading efficiency is high,which has achieved good blasting effect.
