祁南矿综采工作面采空区自然发火规律研究

摘要 为预防祁南矿综采工作面采空区遗煤自燃,保证工作面安全回采,以61煤层6144工作面为研究对象,采用现场埋设抽气管路、光纤测温系统和热电偶测温系统测定采空区气体成分与温度变化情况,获得采空区自热变化与分布规律。采用FLUENT建立数学模型,对采空区氧气浓度分布规律进行模拟,并将模拟结果与实测结果进行对比验证。结果表明:靠近风巷一侧采空区自燃带范围为13~92 m,靠近机巷一侧为19~118 m;计算出预防采空区自燃的工作面最低推进速度为1.97 m/d。6144工作面采空区数值模拟的“三带”范围总体上与实测结果吻合。 In order to prevent the spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf of fully mechanized mining face in Qi'nan Coal Mine and ensure the safe mining of the working face,the 6144 working face of 61 coal seam was taken as the research object.The gas composition and temperature change in the goaf were measured by the on-site buried extraction pipeline,the optical fiber temperature measurement system and the thermocouple temperature measurement system,and the self-heating change and distribution law of the goaf were obtained.The mathematical model was established by FLUENT to simulate the distribution law of oxygen concentration in goaf,and the simulation results were compared with the measured results.The results show that the spontaneous combustion zone in the goaf near the wind tunnel is 13~92 m,and that near the machine tunnel is 19~118 m.The minimum advancing speed of working face to prevent spontaneous combustion in goaf is calculated to be 1.97 m/d.The"three zones"range of goaf numerical simulation in 6144 working face is generally consistent with the measured results.
