摘要
随着中西方文化交融的趋势不断增强,人们对生活质量的要求也在不断升高,由原来的吃的饱到现在的吃的好,体现了社会文化和社会意识的进步与发展。在中西方文化不断交融和借鉴的背景下,中西式面点在制作方法、食材选择等方面都表现出较大的差异,本文对中西式面点存在的差异进行分析,并提出中西式面点的制作创新策略。
With the increasing trend of cultural integration between China and the West,people ’ s requirements for quality of life are also rising,from the original full to now eat well,which reflects the progress and development of social culture and social consciousness.Under the background of continuous blending and reference of Chinese and Western cultures,Chinese and Western pastries show great differences in production methods and food material selection.This paper analyzes the differences between Chinese and Western pastries,and puts forward the production innovation strategy of Chinese and Western pastries.
