摘要
为了实现煤矿井下地质构造的有效探查,提出将水力反循环连续取芯钻进技术应用于煤矿井下地质构造探查工作中。着重介绍了反循环取芯相关配套装备,分析了φ89/φ42 mm反循环取芯钻具在煤矿井下地质异常体探查施工中的应用情况。结果表明:水力反循环取芯钻进技术在煤矿井下地质构造探查中应用效果较好,本次试验综合取芯率为78.83%,单孔最高取芯率为90.68%,所获得的煤岩芯质量较高,结合现场返芯情况、岩芯性质、返水情况及实测钻孔轨迹,可以对煤矿井下地质构造做出准确判断。
In order to realize the effective exploration of geological structure in coal mine,the hydraulic reverse circulation coring technology is put forward to be used in the exploration of geological structure in coal mine.Introduces the related equipment and analyzes theφ89/φ42 mm reverse circulation coring tools in the coal mine geologic anomaly exploration of application situation.The results show that the hydraulic reverse circulation core technology which is applied in the exploration of coal mine geological structure is good,the comprehensive coring rate of this test is 78.83%,the highest single hole coring rate is 90.68%,the core quality is higher,combined with coring situation,coring character,return water situation and actual borehole track,the coal mine geological structure can be more intuitively judged.
