C型臂X线机引导关节间隙脉冲射频联合富血小板血浆治疗髋关节骨性关节炎 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察C型臂X线机引导关节间隙脉冲射频联合富血小板血浆注入治疗髋关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析自2019-06—2020-08诊治的15例髋关节骨性关节炎,术中先于骨科牵引床行患肢牵引增加髋关节间隙,C型臂X线机透视引导穿刺针直达病灶,行脉冲射频治疗后注入富血小板血浆,定位髋周神经后再进行射频治疗。结果15例均获得随访,随访时间平均7.5(6~8)个月。所有患者进针点处无感染、破溃、血肿形成,术后均无麻木不适、刺痛等神经症状,随访结束时患者治疗满意度为100%。术后1个月疼痛VAS评分较术前明显降低,术后3个月疼痛VAS评分较术后1个月继续降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6个月髋关节疼痛VAS评分与术后3个月比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后1个月髋关节功能Harris评分较术前明显提高,术后3个月髋关节Harris评分较术后1个月继续提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6个月髋关节Harris评分与术后3个月相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论C型臂X线机引导关节间隙脉冲射频联合富血小板血浆注入治疗髋关节骨性关节炎可明显缓解疼痛,改善患者生活质量,具有给药精准、起效快、并发症少等优点。
