摘要
通过结合传统洪水过程计算模型、一维河道水动力模型、二维水动力模型、管网模型耦合的方法,对滨水城市贺州进行洪水、内涝及淹没模拟,探索城区面临上游水库、区间河洪、本地山洪以及城市排水相对复杂的边界条件时,依托流域水文-区域排水模型进行方案比选的适用性,可为类似地区城市洪涝安全保障提供借鉴。
With the acceleration of urbanization in China,many waterfront cities are expanding on riversides,which makes the role and function of the river become more and more diversified,especially the flood control problem superimposed by urban expansion.To effectively ensure the safety of flood control and drainage in the central urban area is also complicated is the core of urban water security.This paper takes the waterfront city Hezhou as an example,which is faced with the threats caused by upstream reservoirs,interval river torrents,local mountain torrents and drainage compensation.Through exploring the project decision making under the premise of complex combination of pluvial and fluvial flood by limited hydrological dat by combining the traditional flood process calculation model,one-dimensional river hydrodynamic model,two-dimensional hydrodynamic model,pipe network model,this paper preliminarily establishes the research model of complex flood conditions supported by hydrological-hydrodynamic model,and hopes that the system scheme on this basis can provide ideas and reference for solving the problem of complex urban flood safety in similar areas.
