摘要
某大型生产厂房主要生产氯化钠原料药,该原料药的生产及储存过程中对环境的温湿度要求较高。尤其是在夏季,室外新风温度高、湿度大,引入新风干燥盐粒会造成氯化钠(原料药)制备及存储过程中受潮结块或潮解。针对该问题,对该厂房沸腾床冷风系统进行技术改造,采用降温除湿改造方案,在技术及经济效益方面取得了显著的效果。
Large production plants mainly produce sodium chloride bulk pharmaceutical chemicals,which requires a strict temperature and humidity condition during the production and storage process.In summer,when the temperature and the humidity of outdoor fresh air are both relatively high,introducing the fresh air to dry salt particles will cause agglomeration/deliquescence during the preparation and storage process of the products.In this work,the cooling air system of the boiling bed was reconstructed,and the cooling and dehumidification methods were adopted,which achieved remarkable results in terms of technical and economic benefits.
