摘要
管壳式换热器腐蚀失效分析系统设计主要从硬件和软件两个方面进行。系统硬件主要由采集设备、存储设备、处理设备和输出设备四部分组成,用于支持实现软件功能。软件部分分为四个功能模块,腐蚀信息获取模块,失效判定模块,实现腐蚀失效类型分析功能,最后实现腐蚀成因推理分析模块。通过管壳式换热器腐蚀失效分析系统的设计与应用,可以准确地分析设备运行情况,制定针对性的防腐对策。
Design of corrosion failure analysis system for shell and tube heat exchangers is mainly from two aspects of hardware and software.Hardware system design is mainly composed of four parts:acquisition equipment,storage equipment,processing equipment and output equipment.It is used to support the realization of software functions.Software part is divided into four functional modules,corrosion information acquisition module,failure determination module,to achieve the function of corrosion failure type analysis,and finally to achieve the cause of corrosion reasoning analysis module.Through the design and application of the corrosion failure analysis system of shell and tube heat exchanger,the operation of the equipment can be analyzed accurately and the corresponding anti-corrosion countermeasures can be formulated.
