摘要
本文利用文献计量方法,以CiteSpace为手段,基于Web of Science和CNKI数据库中相关文献,分析数十年来茶叶标准化的研究态势。结果显示:Web of Science和CNKI两大数据库发表量呈总体上升的趋势;发文量居前列的机构以科研院所、高校为主;高影响力文献主要来自发达国家;刊文的期刊以西方发达国家期刊为主;发文数量居前列的作者大部分都来自中国,但发文质量与国外作者还存在差距;我国茶叶标准化文献主要集中在自然学科研究方面,国际上也主要集中于定量分析、自然学科方面的研究。
As an important part of the transformation,upgrading and development of the tea industry,tea standardization is the focus of research in the field of tea.Based on As a method of bibliometrics,CiteSpace was used to analyze the research trend of tea standardization in the past few years based on Web of Science and CNKI database.The results showed that the publications of Web of Science and CNKI were generally on the rise.In addition,China and the United States are in the world’s leading position in term of publication number.Moreover,the institutions with the highest rankings were mainly research institutes and universities.Furthermore,the influence literature mainly came from developed countries,and the journals were mainly from western developed countries.Besides,most of the authors who were in the forefront of the publications were from China.However,there is still a gap in the quality of the publications compared with foreign authors.In terms of theoretical research,domestic and international tea standardization studies mainly focused on quantitative and natural sciences.
