摘要
通过技术攻关自制核心耗材、实验项目构建贴近课程需求、创新课堂以赛促学等方式建立了基于高分辨液相色谱质谱联用技术的蛋白质磷酸化修饰鉴定教学实验。将生物学前沿技术手段与方法应用于实验教学中,使学生了解当前生命科学领域研究热点、研究思路与实验方法,拓宽学生专业视野,提高生物专业学生对科研的积极性。
The teaching experiment of protein phosphorylation modification identification based on high resolution liquid chromatograph-mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS)was established by making self-made core consumables through technical breakthroughs,constructing experimental items close to the curriculum needs,and promoting learning through innovative classroom methods.The application of cutting-edge biological technology and methods in experimental teaching enables students to understand the current research hotspots,research ideas and methods in the field of life science,broaden students’professional vision,and improve the enthusiasm of biology students for scientific research.
