摘要
以1990、2000、2010、2019年的Landsat系列遥感影像为数据源,运用ENVI 5.3、ArcGIS 10.2平台,通过监督分类与目视解译相结合的方法,建立转移矩阵、计算土地利用综合指数和动态度,得到乌伦古河流域近30年土地利用变化信息。结果表明,1990—2019年草地、耕地、水域和建设用地面积均有所增加,林地和未利用地均有所减少;1990、2000、2010、2019年土地利用程度综合指数分别为139.59、140.74、147.34、150.84,呈逐步上升趋势,说明在近30年乌伦古河流域的土地利用一直处在开发阶段,尤其是2000—2010年,土地利用和开发速度最快;1990—2019年土地利用动态度最大的是建设用地,其值为18.97%,从而可以看出建设用地的数量变化最多,状态最剧烈,其次是耕地、林地、水域、未利用地和草地。乌伦古河作为阿勒泰地区福海县、青河县和富蕴县的重要水源地,对这些区域的发展起到关键作用,对其流域土地要做到规范、合理和适度开发,进而帮助生态环境得到恢复,使其可持续发展。
Using Landsat remote sensing images in 1990,2000,2010 and 2019 as data sources,and using ENVI5.3 and ArcGIS 10.2 platforms,the transfer matrix was established and the comprehensive land use index and dynamic attitude were calculated by combin⁃ing the methods of supervision classification and visual interpretation to obtain the land use change information of the Wulungu river basin in recent 30 years.The results showed that from 1990 to 2019,grassland,arable land,water area and construction land area had increased,while forestland and unused land had decreased.In 1990,2000,2010 and 2019,the comprehensive index of land use degree was respectively 139.59,140.74,147.34 and 150.84,showing a gradual rising trend,indicating that the land use of the Wul⁃ungu river basin in recent 30 years had been in the development stage,especially from 2000 to 2010,with the fastest speed of land use and development.From 1990 to 2019,the largest land use dynamic attitude was construction land,with a value of 18.97%,thus it could be seen that the quantity of construction land changes the most and the state was the most drastic,followed by cultivated land,forest land,water area,unused land and grassland.As an important water source of Fuhai county,Qinghe county and Fuyun county in Altay region,Wulungu river played a key role in the development of these regions.The watershed land should be developed in a stan⁃dard,reasonable and moderate way,so as to help restore the ecological environment and make its sustainable development.
