山区铁路跨越V形峡谷桥梁方案比选研究 被引量:8

Research on Design Schemes for the Railway Bridge over V-shaped Gorge in Mountainous Area

摘要 新建瓮马铁路乌江特大桥跨越乌江峡谷,桥址处地势起伏较大,相对高差约400 m,自然坡度60°~85°,沟深谷陡,交通不便。为克服铁路桥梁跨越V形峡谷难题,综合考虑桥位设计控制因素,选取钢箱梁悬索桥、上承式钢管混凝土桁架拱桥及上承式劲性骨架混凝土拱桥3种桥型方案,对桥型结构方案和施工方案进行详细介绍,并从可行性、静力性能、施工方法、经济性能、景观特点、养护维修等方面对桥型方案进行对比分析。分析结果表明:悬索桥方案造价高、竖向刚度小;钢管混凝土桁架拱桥方案需大规模开挖岩体,施工难度较大,且后期养护维修工作量大。分析结论指出:为适应V形峡谷地形,乌江特大桥宜采用动力性能良好、施工方便、养护维修工作量小、经济节省的上承式劲性骨架混凝土拱桥方案。 The newly-built Wujiang Grand Bridge of Wengan-Machangping Railway crosses the Wujiang Gorge,the terrain of which is undulating with a relative elevation difference of about 400 m and a natural slope of 60°to 85°.The gorge is deep and steep,resulting in inconvenient traffic.In order to overcome the difficulties in crossing V-shaped gorge by railway bridges,comprehensive consideration of the control factors in bridge site design comes to the selection of three bridge types of steel box girder suspension bridge,concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge and stiff skeleton concrete arch bridge.This paper introduces in detail their structural scheme and construction scheme,and analyzes them by comparison from the aspects of feasibility,static performance,construction method,economic performance,landscape characteristics,maintenance and repair.The results show that the suspension bridge is expensive and has low vertical rigidity,while the concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge requires largescale excavation of rock mass with difficulties in construct and a lot of maintenance and repair works.The analysis conclusion points out that in order to adapt to the V-shaped valley terrain,Wujiang Grand Bridge should adopt a stiff skeleton concrete arch bridge with good dynamic performance,convenient construction,small maintenance and repair works,and economical savings.
