摘要
目的给予老年股骨颈骨折患者应用个性化护理,对其护理干预效果进行观察。方法于该院2019年10月—2021年1月随机选取140例老年股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象,随机纳入研究组70例,对照组70例,分别应用个性化护理和常规护理,对比两组患者的社会功能评分、心理状态评分、情感职能评分、生理功能评分、SAS评分(焦虑评分)、SDS评分(抑郁评分)、并发症发生率。结果护理干预后研究组患者的心理状态评分(69.59±4.13)分、社会功能评分(68.24±5.14)分、生理功能评分(67.26±3.22)分、情感职能评分(72.66±2.84)分、SAS评分(38.51±2.80)分、SDS评分(43.16±4.35)分、并发症发生率5.71%,各项情况均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=18.554、14.195、16.137、31.323、19.944、21.630,χ^(2)=8.400,P<0.05)。结论对老年股骨颈骨折患者实施个性化护理,可以对其生活质量与负性情绪起到改善作用,并能有效降低并发症的发生,可见个性化护理对老年股骨颈骨折患者的护理干预效果良好。
Objective Individualized nursing was given to elderly patients with femoral neck fractures,and the effects of nursing intervention were observed.Methods 140 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture in the hospital from October 2019 to January 2021 were randomly selected as the research subjects.70 cases in the study group and 70 cases in the control group were randomly divided into two groups with individualized nursing and routine nursing,respectively.The social function score,psychological state score,emotional function score,physiological function score,SAS score(anxiety score),SDS score(depression score)and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the patients in the study group had psychological status score(69.59±4.13)points,social function score(68.24±5.14)points,physiological function score(67.26±3.22)points,emotional function score(72.66±2.84)points,SAS score(38.51±2.80)points,SDS score(43.16±4.35)points,and complication rate 5.71%,all conditions were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=18.554,14.195,16.137,31.323,19.944,21.630,χ^(2)=8.400,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of personalized care for elderly patients with femoral neck fractures can improve their quality of life and negative emotions,and can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications.It can be seen that personalized nursing has a good effect on nursing intervention for elderly patients with femoral neck fractures.
