摘要
为精确评价纱线的表观条干均匀性,提出一种基于改进形态学的纱线条干边缘检测方法;选取棉、麻、涤纶3种原料,通过环锭纺和紧密纺制得15种不同线密度的纱线试样,采用该方法对纱线直径进行测试,并验证该方法的有效性。结果表明:该方法利用全变分模型对纱线图像降噪滤波,利用改进形态学算法去除纱线毛羽,得到的纱线条干边缘清晰、纱线毛羽完全被去除;采用该方法测试纱线直径,测试值与理论值误差均低于2%;采用峰值信噪比、均方误差对检测方法进行评价,该方法的峰值信噪比为16.305,均方误差为1954.3,其2种评价指标明显优于其他检测方法;该方法能有效去除纱线毛羽,识别纱线条干边缘,为纱线直径测量提供了新方法。
In order to accurately evaluate the apparent evenness of yarn,a method of yarn edge detection based on improved morphology was proposed.15 kinds of yarn samples with different linear densities were prepared from cotton,hemp and polyester fiber by ring spinning and compact spinning.The yarn diameter was tested by this method,and the effectiveness of this method was verified.The results showed that this method used a total variation model to denoise and filter the yarn image and utilized the improved morphological algorithm to completely remove the yarn hairiness and acquire the clear yarn edge;this method to measure the yarn diameter produced the error between the measured value and the theoretical value less than 2%;the peak signal-to-noise ratio and mean square error used to evaluate the detection methods were 16.305 and 1954.3,respectively,obviously better than other detection methods;and this method was proved to be a new method suitable for yarn diameter measurement because it can effectively remove yarn hairiness and identify the yarn edge.
