屋脊式EPM电风拦截技术的研究与应用

摘要 针对目前国内中小型燃煤锅炉大气治理环保设备没有升级空间的情况,介绍了屋脊式EPM(电风拦截除尘除雾一体化装置)技术,阐述了EPM电风拦截技术的工作原理与技术特点,通过实验研究和工程应用表明,布置于脱硫塔内的屋脊式EPM电风拦截装置,对脱硫后烟气的粉尘以及对PM2.5、SO3和雾滴等烟气复合污染物具有高效的协同治理效果,证明了EPM电风拦截装置对中小锅炉直排烟囱设备场地的具有较好的适用性。 Aiming at the fact that there is no enough space to do retrofitting work for existing flue gas treatment equipment for small and medium-sized coal fired boilers,this paper introduces the technology of W-type EPM electric wind interceptor,including the working principle and technical characteristics.Experimental research and engineering application show that W-type EPM electric wind interceptor which is installed inside of FGD tower has efficient synergistic treatment effect on flue gas compound pollutants such as PM2.5,SO3 and fog drops after desulfurization.The applicability of W-type EPM electric wind interception device is satisfied at limited space for small and medium-sized coal fired boilers,especially for cases which the FGD tower connected with chimney directly.
