摘要
为了解决气化炉的破渣及排渣问题,设计研发一款炉排系统,提出了一种计算方法,并通过计算得到炉排系统在工作过程中产生的总阻力矩为93 814.04 N·m以及对应的减速电机功率为0.75 kW;通过仿真软件ADAMS和ANSYS模拟炉排工作,其结构部件产生的应力满足最小许用应力值。最后通过工程项目稳定运行工作证明了炉排结构计算及仿真的正确性。
In order to solve the slag block breaking and discharge problems of the gasifier, a grate system is designed and developed. A calculation method is proposed, including calculating the total resistance torque is 93 814.04 N·m of the grate system in the working process and the corresponding geared motor power is 0.75 kW and through the simulation software ADAMS and ANSYS, the work of the grate is simulated, and the stress generated by its structural components meets the minimum allowable stress value. Finally, the correctness of the calculation and simulation of the grate structure is proved by the stable operation of the project.
