摘要
开发应用于支撑能源结构转型和延长使用寿命的钢铁材料,以及缩短流程、实践数字化转型、促进智慧制造是有利于低碳转型的轧制技术发展方向。结合厚板生产实际案例,介绍了宝钢在轧制技术低碳转型方向上开发应用的复合轧制技术、在线组织性能控制技术以及数字化技术的实践与应用效果。
In order to promote low-carbon transformation, actions should be taken to follow the direction of development and application of steel products in favorable to the transformation of energy structure and prolongation of service life, as well as the technology to shorten process, and performance of digital transformation for smart manufacturing. Combined with several actual examples of heavy plate production, Baosteel’s practices in the rolling area of low-carbon transformation were introduced in this paper on hot roll-bonding technology, on-line microstructure control technology and digitalization of mill-plant technology.
