摘要
目的探讨疏经通络操结合中医情志干预在脑梗死恢复期患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年12月至2020年12月收治的60例脑梗死恢复期患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法按照单双号将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予疏经通络操结合中医情志干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的康复积极性优良率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的TCT、BBS、MBI评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏经通络操结合中医情志干预可改善脑梗死恢复期患者的心理状态,提高康复积极性、躯干控制能力、平衡功能、日常生活活动能力,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of dredging channels and collaterals exercises combined with TCM emotional intervention in patients with cerebral infarction in recovery period.Methods A total of 60 patients with cerebral infarction in recovery period treated from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by lot according to single and double numbers,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given dredging channels and collaterals exercises combined with TCM emotional intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of rehabilitation enthusiasm in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the TCT,BBS and MBI scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dredging channels and collaterals exercises combined with TCM emotional intervention can ameliorate the psychological state,improve the rehabilitation enthusiasm,trunk control ability,balance function and activities of daily living of patients with cerebral infarction in recovery period,which is worthy of popularization.
