摘要
地埋式污水处理厂将所有处理单元置于地下箱体内,防火分区划分是地下箱体消防设计的重要内容。阐述了现行有关规范在地下建筑消防设计中的应用差异,总结了地下箱体消防设计存在的问题。通过对国内部分同类工程案例的分析,总结了地埋式污水处理厂地下箱体的消防设计依据,并将其划分为“五级三类”。结合武汉某全地埋式污水处理厂的设计,介绍了其地下箱体的消防设计内容和经验,在不妨碍工艺设计的前提下达到了单个防火分区建筑面积不超过2000 m^(2)的要求。
All the treatment facilities are built in an underground box(UGB)in buried wastewater treatment plant(WWTP).So division of the fire compartment of UGB is placed as the priority.Difference about the requirements for fire protection design of underground buildings in some relevant design codes is illustrated,and the problems existing in the fire protection design of UGB are demonstrated.The fire protection design references of the UGB in buried WWTP are summarized and classified into“five grades and three categories”based on the case analysis of some similar projects in our country.Details and practice of the fire protection design are introduced in combination with the design of an all-buried WWTP in Wuhan.Without the premise of interfering the process design,area of each fire compartment is limitted less than 2000 m^(2).
