摘要
阐述光热发电汽轮机组的阀门结构、汽缸结构、转子结构的优化设计,结合对汽轮机启动初期的蒸汽温度保持恒定的时间进行适当缩短,实施提前并网。在兼顾缩减启动时间、降低转子热机械应力的条件下,对该阶段冲转暖机的时间进行适当性缩减。在动静部分未发生碰撞磨损的基础上,对汽轮机转子实施增速处理的运行优化措施,从而缩减汽轮机的启动时长,实现降低汽轮机转子关键部位热应力值的效果。
This paper expounds the optimal design of valve structure,cylinder structure and rotor structure of photothermal generator steam turbine unit,combined with appropriately shortening the time for keeping the steam temperature constant at the initial stage of steam turbine startup,and implementing grid connection in advance.Under the condition of reducing the start-up time and reducing the thermal mechanical stress of the rotor,the time of impulse warm-up at this stage shall be appropriately reduced.On the basis of no collision and wear of the dynamic and static parts,the operation optimization measures of speed increase treatment are implemented for the steam turbine rotor,so as to reduce the start-up time of the steam turbine and realize the effect of reducing the thermal stress value of the key parts of the steam turbine rotor.
