摘要
感染被认为是导致肿瘤发生的主要因素之一,约17%的肿瘤患者可归因于慢性感染。近年来有研究发现许多寄生蠕虫感染与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。寄生蠕虫与肿瘤关系复杂,部分寄生蠕虫可以通过机械损伤、分泌排泄产物刺激、基因突变等方式促进肿瘤的发生,还有部分寄生蠕虫可以通过增强人体免疫反应从而发挥抗肿瘤效应。本文对几种常见的寄生蠕虫感染与肿瘤发生的关系及蠕虫感染诱发肿瘤的发病机制进行综述。
Infection is considered as one of the main factors in tumorigenesis,and approximately 17%of cancer cases are attributable to chronic pathogen infection.In recent years,many parasitic helminth infections have been found to be closely related to tumorigenesis.The relationship between parasitic helminth and tumors is complex.Part of parasitic helminths promote tumorigenesis through mechanical injury,excretory-secretion products stimulation,and gene mutation,while certain parasitic helminths exert antitumor effect by enhancing human immune response.This paper reviews the relationship between several common parasitic helminth infections and tumorigenesis,as well as the pathogenesis of tumor induced by helminth infection.
