摘要 对于离散制造业集成车间面临的生产信息不透明,缺乏集中监控和管理平台,管理者不能实时、全面、准确地了解生产实际情况,无法及时检查和处理现场等问题,通过构建集成车间生产数字化系统,解决离散集成车间多元数据难以协同带来的生产效率不高、产品不合格率高等问题。通过对车间生产物料、设备、过程的实时监控,达到精准生产与控制,提升生产效率与降低不合格产品率。将设备监控系统与生产设备控制系统结合起来,实现可视化的车间管理,促进提升效益。通过对车间生产过程的原料、生产计划、加工过程的信息采集,进行实时,精准生产。通过对生产设备的实时监控,确保产线生产安全和效率,达到降低不合格产品率,提质增效及提升资源的有效使用率。 For the production information of integrated workshop in discrete manufacturing industry is not transparent,lack of centralized monitoring and management platform,managers can not understand the actual production situation in real time,comprehensively and accurately,and can not check and deal with the site in time.Through the construction of integrated workshop production digital system,the low production efficiency,and low cost caused by multi data collaboration in discrete integrated workshop can be solved.The unqualified rate of products is high.Through the real-time monitoring of workshop production materials,equipment and process,accurate production and control can be achieved,production efficiency can be improved and the rate of unqualified products can be reduced.Combining the equipment monitoring system with the production equipment control system,the visual workshop management is realized,and the benefit is promoted.Through the information collection of raw materials,production plan and processing process in the workshop production process,real-time and accurate production can be carried out.Through the real-time monitoring of production equipment,ensure the safety and efficiency of production line,reduce the rate of unqualified products,improve quality and efficiency,and improve the effective utilization of resources.
