摘要
比例方向阀是液压系统的基础元件,其性能直接影响系统的整体稳定性。为防止在阀的使用过程中,节流温升导致阀芯发热膨胀,从而出现阀芯卡紧等现象。针对先导式比例方向阀进行流热固耦合仿真分析,对阀的热变形情况进行探究:建立先导式比例方向阀的固体三维模型和流场模型,采用基于CFD的流热固耦合仿真分析方法,分析节流温升使油液温度升高进而导致阀芯阀体变形这一现象,得到阀芯在一定开口、不同压差下,阀芯与阀体的温度场分布和变形情况。为先导式比例方向阀的结构设计或改进提供参考依据。
The proportional valve is the basic element of hydraulic system and its performance directly affects the overall stability of the system.In order to prevent the throttle temperature rise during the use of the valve,resulting in the valve core tightness and other phenomena.This paper analyzes the simulation of the coupling and explores the thermal deformation of the valve.Firstly,establishes the solid three-dimensional model and flow field model of the pilot-operated proportional directional valve.Using fluid-thermal-solid simulation based on CFD to analyze the phenomenon that throttling temperature rise causes oil temperature to rise,which leads to deformation of valve core and valve body,obtain the temperature field distribution and deformation of valve core and valve body under different pressure when at a certain opening of the valve core.This paper provides a reference for the structural design or improvement of the pilot proportional direction valve.
