摘要
通过对两个时间点282份女性科技人才的问卷数据进行实证分析,探讨了家庭支持型主管行为对女性科技人才创新行为的影响。结果表明:家庭支持型主管行为正向影响女性科技人才创新行为,且自我效能感在两者之间发挥中介作用。此外,职业韧性在家庭支持型主管行为对女性科技人才创新行为的影响中起正向调节作用。研究结论不仅拓展了家庭支持型主管行为发挥作用的研究视角,也为管理者激发女性科技人才的创新热情、提高女性科技人才的发展质量提供理论借鉴与实践指导。
Through the empirical analysis of 282 questionnaire data of female scientific and technological talents at two time points,this paper discusses the influence of family support supervisor behavior on female scientific and technological talents’innovative behavior.The results show that:family supportive supervisor behavior influences female scientific and technological talents’innovative behavior positively,and self-efficacy mediates the two variables partially.In addition,career resilience positively moderates the influence of family supportive supervisor behavior on female scientific and technological talents’innovative behavior.This paper expands the research perspective of the role of family supported supervisor behavior,and also provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for managers to stimulate the female scientific and technological talents’innovative enthusiasm and improve the female scientific and technological talents’development quality.
