摘要
城镇化过程既是产业和人口集聚、经济社会不断发展的过程,也是能源大量消耗、碳排放高度集中的过程,加快促进城镇绿色低碳转型在双碳目标实现过程中具有重要的引领示范作用。中国城镇化进程对全要素碳排放效率的影响效应在不同空间尺度下呈现出较大地区差异,产业结构、技术创新、人力资本、生活消费在中国城镇化进程影响全要素碳排放效率过程中的中介效应同样表现出显著区域差异。协调推进新型城镇化进程和全要素碳排放效率提升,应深入贯彻新发展理念,立足空间区域特征和发展阶段差异,着力提升城镇化和双碳目标行动方案针对性。
Urbanization is a process of industry and population agglomeration, continuous economic and social development and massive energy consumption and high concentration of carbon emissions.Accelerating the promotion of urban green and low-carbon transformation plays an important role in realizing the dual-carbon goal. The results show that the effect of China’s urbanization process on the efficiency of total factor carbon emissions presents significant regional differences on different spatial scales. The mediating effects of industrial structure, technological innovation, human capital, and living consumption in the process of China’s urbanization process affecting the efficiency of total factor carbon emissions also show significant regional differences. In light of spatial and regional characteristics and phase differences,the new development concept should be thoroughly implemented to promoting the new urbanization process,improve total factor carbon emission efficiency and strengthen urbanization and dual-carbon target action plan.
