摘要
目的:调查大学生线上学习时情绪状况以及相关影响因素。方法:采取整班随机抽样调查方法,对安徽省北部部分高校在校大学生进行问卷调查。问卷由自行设计的调查问卷、广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)和抑郁症状群量表(PHQ-9)三部分组成。结果显示,大部分大学生线上学习期间能合理规划学习生活时间,学习状况良好,PHQ-9≥4检出率为47.13%,GAD-7≥4检出率35.65%,进一步回归分析显示大学生的年级、专业、与家庭的关系和线上学习状况等因素影响焦虑抑郁情绪的发生。结论:线上学习期间,针对不同学生采取个性化的辅导措施,可能有助于改善大学生心理状况,提高学习效果。
To investigate the anxiety and depression and related influencing factors of college students during online learning.Methods:The whole class random sampling method is adopted.The questionnaire consists of a self-designed questionnaire;a generalized anxiety scale(GAD-7);and a depressive symptom group scale(PHQ-9).Results:Most of the students were in good condition and 99.29%were able to plan their study life reasonably and 99.05%believe that online learning helps achieve learning goals.The detection rate of depression was 47.13%(PHQ-9≥4)and anxiety was 35.65%(GAD-7≥4).The grade,major,family factors,online learning status affected the anxiety and depression of college students.Conclusion:Education departments and universities should do a good job in mental health education for college students,improving the scientific literacy of college students,and establishing a good family environment.Those may be an effective strategy to improve the psychological situation of college students during online learning and improve the learning effect.
