改性菠萝蜜皮渣纤维素吸附剂的制备、表征及染料吸附性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过对菠萝蜜皮渣纤维素进行碱化、醚化和胺化改性,得到改性菠萝蜜皮渣纤维素吸附剂.以刚果红、甲基蓝为处理对象,通过静态吸附实验,考察了吸附剂用量、反应时间、反应温度、反应p H和染料初始质量浓度对吸附剂吸附性能的影响,并采用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和综合热分析仪对吸附剂进行了表征.结果显示,该吸附剂对2种染料均具有较好的吸附效果.吸附剂用量、反应时间和反应温度对2种染料吸附率的影响均呈现先上升后达到稳定的趋势;反应pH值的增加会减小吸附剂对刚果红的吸附率,增加对甲基蓝的吸附率;染料初始质量浓度越大,吸附剂对染料的吸附率越低.表征结果显示,改性过程中菠萝蜜皮渣纤维素发生了醚化和胺化反应,纤维素的晶型和结晶度都发生了改变.改性后的纤维素表面由粗糙变得光滑,褶皱和裸露的多孔结构增加,热稳定性提高. In this research,jackfruit peel cellulose was modified by alkalization,etherification and amination to prepare dye adsorbent for removal of Congo red and methyl blue dyes.The influences of adsorbent dosage,reaction time,reaction temperature,reaction pH and initial dye concentration on the adsorption properties of modified jackfruit peel cellulose adsorbent were investigated by batch adsorption experiment,and the adsorbent was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and simultaneous thermal analyzer.The results showed that the modified jackfruit peel cellulose adsorbent had good adsorption ability for Congo red and methyl blue.The influences of adsorbent dosage,reaction time and reaction temperature on the adsorption rate of the two dyes first increased and then maintained stable,but the influences on methyl blue was less than that on Congo red.The increase of pH value resulted in a decrease in the adsorption rate of Congo red and a increase in the adsorption rate of methyl blue.The higher the initial concentration of dye,the lower the adsorption rate of the adsorbent to the dye.Characterization results showed that etherification and amination reactions took place on the jackfruit peel cellulose during modification and the crystal form and crystallinity of cellulose was changed.The surface of the modified cellulose became smooth with many folds and exposed porous structures,and the thermal stability of cellulose improved.
