摘要
在TOE框架的基础上,提出理解科技小院运行绩效差异的整合性分析框架,并采用csQCA对我国20个典型科技小院案例进行组态分析。研究发现:(1)技术培训、高位推动、高校资源、共同建设单位、社会参与、地方政府宣传力度均不是构成高水平科技小院运行绩效的必要条件,但强高校资源在提升科技小院运行绩效上发挥着更普遍的作用;(2)驱动高水平科技小院运行绩效的模式有3种:由技术、组织所构成的技术-组织型模式,由技术、组织和外部环境所构成的内外联动型模式,由组织和外部环境所构成的组织-环境型模式;(3)非高水平科技小院运行绩效的驱动组合有5种,且与高水平科技小院运行绩效的驱动组合存在非对称性关系。
On the basis of TOE framework, csQCA is used to analyze the configuration of 20 Science and Technology Backyards.Research finds that:(1) Technical training, high-level promotion, university resources, joint construction units, social participation and local government publicity are not necessary conditions for the operation performance of high-level Science and Technology Backyard, and the role of university resources cannot be ignored.(2) Three modes are driving the effective operation of Science and Technology Backyards: the technology-organization mode, the internal and external linkage mode, and the organization-environment mode.(3) The driving path of the operation performance of non-high-level Science and Technology Backyards are divided into five kinds, which has an asymmetric relationship with the high-level ones.
