摘要 对伺服电机的无位置传感器控制算法进行研究,总结了现有无位置传感器控制算法存在的问题,提出基于凸优化算法的方差监视器,结合高频信号注入法的原理特点,达到了动态调整无位置传感器控制算法稳定性的效果,探讨了高质量运动控制与位置估计稳定性之间的取舍。在Simulink中进行了仿真,并在SPMSM测试台架上验证了该算法的有效性。 The sensorless control algorithm of servo motor was studied.The problems of existing sensorless control algorithms were summarized.A variance monitor based on convex optimization algorithm was proposed.Combining with the principle and characteristics of high frequency signal injection method,the stability of sensorless control algorithm could be dynamically adjusted.The trade-off between high quality motion control and position estimation stability was discussed.The above content was simulated in Simulink and verified on SPMSM test stand.
