摘要
为贯彻落实新时代军事教育方针,切实做好立德树人、为战育人工作,针对弹药工程专业特点,系统论证了弹药岗位设置需求、岗位能力需求,研究形成了弹药工程专业学员育"德"、育"才"的主要内容,从高素质、专业化新型军事人才培养目标出发,提出了实现人才精准培养的课程思政与课程改革的模式方法。
In order to carry out the policy of military education in the new era,to build up people by virtue and to educate people by war,according to the characteristics of ammunition specialty,the demand of ammunition post setting and post ability was systematically demonstrated,studies and forms the main contents of training students of ammunition specialty.Based on the goal of cultivating new military talents with high quality and specialization,the mode and method of curriculum ideological and political and curriculum reform was put forward to realize the accurate training of talents.
