本文文章主要针对海洋石油钻井平台的安全风险以及风险管控方面的问题进行分析,希望能够有效的提升我国海洋石油钻井平台的安全性,同时也为我国石油开采工作的发展以及创新贡献一份力量。
The article mainly analyzes the safety risks and risk management issues of offshore oil drilling platforms,hoping to effectively improve the safety of my country’s offshore oil drilling platforms,and at the same time contribute to the development and innovation of my country’s oil exploration work strength.
