摘要
出于造纸企业提高能源使用效率,降低碎浆机、磨浆机等关键设备电费支出的有关需求,提出了一种基于数学规划法的造纸制浆设备动态调度模型,在造纸制浆常规流程的基础之上建立了制浆过程定量模型,根据制浆设备动态调度的有关需求提出了相应的目标函数与约束条件,通过数学规划法对各个模型加以归纳整合,最终形成一套完整的造纸制浆设备动态调度策略。
In order to improve energy efficiency and reduce the electricity costs of key equipment such as pulper and refiner, a dynamic scheduling model of pulping and papermaking equipment based on mathematical programming method is proposed in this study. And a quantitative model of pulping process is established based on the conventional process of pulping and papermaking. According to the requirements of dynamic scheduling of pulping equipment, the corresponding objective functions and constraints are put forward. Finally, each model is summarized and integrated by mathematical programming method, and a complete set of dynamic scheduling strategy of pulping equipment is formed.
