摘要
为提升废弃大理石粉综合利用水平,实现绿色可持续发展,通过测试胶砂流动度、凝结时间、抗压强度及孔结构分布,以研究废弃大理石粉对水泥胶砂性能的影响。结果表明:当废弃大理石粉的掺量为30%时,可将水泥胶砂的流动度提高22.50%,初凝时间延长了25 min,终凝时间延长不超过15 min,但抗压强度减小了25.67%。得出结论:废弃大理石粉的掺入能够显著改善水泥胶砂的流动性能,延长水泥胶砂的凝结时间,降低水泥石的总孔隙率与细化孔径;但需要注意,废弃大理石粉掺入会明显降低各龄期强度。
To improve the comprehensive utilization level of waste marble powder and realize green and sustainable development, the influence of marble powder on the properties of cement mortar is studied by testing the fluidity, setting time, compressive strength and pore structure distribution of mortar. The results show that when the content of marble powder is 30%, the fluidity of cement mortar increases by 22.50%, the initial setting time is extended by 25 min, the final setting time is prolonged by no more than 15 min, but the compressive strength reduces by 25.67%. The research comes up with the conclusion that the addition of marble powder can significantly improve the fluidity of cement mortar, slightly prolong the setting time of cement mortar, reduce the total porosity and refine the pore diameter of cement stone, yet it should be noted that the addition of marble powder will significantly reduce the strength at each age.
