摘要
以自抄的高定量(135 g/m^(2))纸张作为基底,将蜂蜡∶棕榈蜡为7∶3的混合蜡乳液涂覆到纸基的表面,60℃下热处理纸基材料,纸基材料耐破度、挺度等得到改善;疏水性也大大提高,静态水接触角均在140°以上。文章还对纸基复合材料的油水分离性能进行了探索,实验结果表明,纸基复合材料的透气度、孔径对其油水分离效果有重要的影响。
In this study,high basis weight paper is made(135g/m^(2))as the base,the mixed wax emulsion of beeswax and carnauba wax(mass ratio=7∶3)is coated on the surface of the paper base and then the paper is annealed at 60℃.The bursting strength,stiffness and hydrophobicity are greatly improved(static water contact angles are all at above 140°).The oil-water separation performance of the treated paper matrix composites is also discussed in this paper.It shows that the air permeability and pore size have important effects on the oil-water separation performance.Namely,the relationship between the pore structure and the oil-water separation effect satisfies the power function relationship.
