摘要
介入医学是与内科学、外科学并驾齐驱并日益发展壮大的第三大临床学科,介入治疗有助于实现内科治疗高效化、外科治疗微创化。传统医学教育模式主要采用灌输式的教育理念,缺乏主观能动性,接受的知识较为局限。为了适应新形势下的介入进修医师培养,文章阐述了郑州大学第一附属医院“六位一体”的介入进修医师培养模式,可培养既有扎实临床知识和技能、又有优良团队协作精神的介入医学人才。
Interventional radiology is the third major clinical discipline which is developing together with internal medicine and surgery.Interventional therapy is helpful to achieve high efficiency in both internal medicine and minimally invasive surgical treatment.The traditional mode of medical education mainly adopts the educational idea of infusion,and the trainee doctors lack subjective learning ability and accept limited knowledge.In order to suit the training of interventional advanced students under the new situation,this article describes the"six in one"interventional radiology training model on advanced students in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University.Through the training mode of"six in one",interventional radiologists with solid clinical knowledge,skills and excellent teamwork spirit can be cultivated.
