摘要
油田采出水中细小分散相油滴的去除是含油污水有效处理的关键,而分散相油滴的去除效果又有赖于油滴聚结技术的发展。从目前国内外研究和应用的情况来看,聚结技术主要分为材料聚结技术和水力聚结技术,其中材料聚结又可分为润湿聚结和碰撞聚结。首先对材料聚结和水力聚结的机理进行了总结,并从原理角度分析了影响聚结除油效果的主要因素——聚结材料性质和聚结反应器结构。然后从提高除油效果和改善出水水质的角度分析综述了基于2种机理发展的技术与设备的研究与应用。从应用情况来看,材料聚结技术与设备聚结性能和除油效果的好坏取决于聚结材料表面的物理化学特性、流体特性和操作条件。水力聚结技术与设备聚结性能和除油效果的好坏关键在于如何控制操作条件和优化设备结构。无论是材料聚结技术,还是水力聚结技术,要想达到较好的除油效果,聚结后的油水高效分离是一个重要因素。最后,总结出聚结材料的改性、设备结构的优化和2种技术的有机结合将是聚结技术发展的方向。
The key of effective treatment oilfield produced water is the removal of fine dispersed phase oil droplets which depends on the development of oil droplet coalescence technology. From current domestic and foreign research and application situation,coalescence technology can be divided into material coalescence technology and hydraulic coalescence technology,and the former can be divided into wetting coalescence technology and collision coalescence technology. First,the mechanism of material coalescence and hydraulic coalescence was summarized.The main factors including the properties of coalescing materials and the structure of coalescing reactors affecting the oil removal efficiency of coalescence were discussed. Then,from the perspective of improving oil removal efficiency and effluent water quality,the development of research and application of technologies and equipment based on the two mechanisms was analyzed and summarized. From the perspective of application,the performance and oil removal efficiency of the material coalescence technology and equipment depended on the physical and chemical properties of the surface of the coalesced material,fluid properties and operating conditions. The performance and oil removal efficiency of hydraulic coalescence technology and equipment lied in the control of operating conditions and the optimization of equipment structure. Whether material coalescence technology or hydraulic coalescence technology,in order to achieve a better oil removal efficiency,the efficient separation of oil and water after coalescence was an important factor. Finally,the development direction of coalescence technology had been summarized,mainly including the modification of coalescence materials,the optimization of equipment structure and the organic combination of the two technologies.
